The internet was down all weekend! I had no way of e-mailing people. I was crying...on the inside...but I did go shopping this weekend, so I was out of my room for a little bit.
Saturday I went around Oxford St. and shopped. I went to Hamley's toy store and was ready to move in there. It has 5(!) floors of toys and I didn't want to leave. I found a bunch of Doctor Who stuff there, which I'll be going back for within the next couple of weeks. Also I went to HMV (this music store) and picked up The Wombats CD "A Guide to Love, Loss, and Desperation". It's really good and I've been listening to it all weekend. Check them out on myspace!
Sunday I went around on our savanger hunt and found out that Covent Garden is yet another fun place to shop. They have a Lush and Build-A-Bear there. I'll be going back there soon. Also there is this shop that has a bunch of Doctor Who and Torchwood stuff, which I didn't find yet, but I saw an ad for it, so I'll have an adventure to it this weekend.
We don't have class until 1PM today, so we're all getting ready for class. We had 4 (yes 4!) papers due today.

- Since playing a donkey in a church play at age 3 Ashley hasn't stopped acting. Some shows she has been in are GUYS AND DOLLS, JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAM COAT, and OLIVER. While in high school she found her love of the technical side of theatre and since then has been acting and doing tech stuff (sometimes at the same time). Ashley has gotten her AA degree at Marymount College in Palos Verdes. She started the blog so that she can tell about all the adventures she had in London (July 2008) and her work on the No on 1 campaign in Maine (Oct. 2009). Currently Ashley is a student at the University of Utah majoring in Stage Management.
